The artisans of the CLAUDE DOZORME workshops manufacture the cleaver knife from the FLATCUT collection.
This collection was imagined and designed by designer Thomas Bastide who also worked for Baccarat and Hermès.
This knife, with a blade made of very high-end X50CrMoV15 steel, will allow you to cut bulky foods, large pieces of meat; but also to break the bones of pieces of meat that are very hard to debone. You can also cut and chop with great ease.
Its high quality blade is very sharp and very easily resharpenable thanks to the very precise grinding. The sharpness of the blade is "razor".
In the composition of the blade, you will find carbon (for a good sharpness), chromium (for stainless character), molybdenum and vanadium (for flexibility, for flexibility and ease of resharpening).
The grip is very comfortable and ergonomic, the bakelite handle is leaned on one side of the blade. Its aesthetic and modern design will delight you.
