The handle of this utility knife is made of Micarta, a very durable and easy-to-clean material. It is a material combining very thin layers of linen in different colors compressed together with a resin and receiving a mirror polish.
Through-through stainless steel rivets provide even greater strength.
The blade is made of French, nitrogen-strengthened 4116N stainless steel.
The blade is corrosion-resistant and retains its sharpness for a long time, even after intensive use. Each knife is designed to withstand the rigors of daily use and to last over time, making it a lasting investment for your kitchen.
