Composition:
The handle of this Chef's knife is made of Micarta, a very durable and easy-to-clean material, combining very fine layers of linen in different colours compressed together with resin and finished with a mirror polish.
Through stainless steel rivets add further strength.
The blade is made of French stainless steel, reinforced with nitrogen 4116N.
The blade is corrosion-resistant and retains its sharpness for a long time, even after intensive use. Each knife is designed to withstand the rigours of daily use and to last over time, making it a durable investment for your kitchen.
Its hardness rating is 58-60 HRC.
