Composition:
The handle of this paring knife is made of Micarta, a very durable and easy-to-clean material, combining very fine layers of linen in different colours compressed together with resin and finished with a mirror polish.
Through stainless steel rivets provide additional strength.
The blade is made of French stainless steel, reinforced with nitrogen 4116N.
The blade is corrosion resistant and retains its sharpness for a long time, even after intensive use. Each knife is designed to withstand the rigours of daily use and to last over time, making it a durable investment for your kitchen.
Its hardness rating is 58-60 HRC.
