This knife is 100% forged.
Composition:
The handle of the knives is made from green oak, a wood species sourced from responsibly managed European forests. Its blonde colour and straight grain provide a warm appearance.
Through stainless steel rivets add further strength.
The blade is made of French stainless steel, reinforced with nitrogen 4116N.
The blade is corrosion-resistant and retains its sharpness for a long time, even after intensive use. Each knife is designed to withstand the rigours of daily use and to last over time, making it a durable investment for your kitchen.
Its hardness rating is 58-60 HRC.
Usage:
This knife is ideal for slicing all types of bread with thick or thin crusts without flattening or tearing the crumb.
Its rigid blade and exclusive hybrid serration (registered design) provide excellent grip on the crust and a straight cut through the bread crumb for a clean slice every time.
