This set consisting of a "yatagan" blade knife and a carving fork is perfect for cutting pieces of meat.
The 4116 Nitro+ steel blade is an innovation created by Lion Sabatier and allows an easy slice of all your pieces of meat.
From high quality, unique items are created from a single block of steel then polished by hand to perpetuate the true kraftmanship.

Care :
Knives are above all tools that require specific care.
They have to be used for food cutting only.
Even if some knive are dishwasher safe, we strongly recommend that you wash them by hand and immediately dry them with a soft cloth.
