Cristel manufactures this bain marie in France.
Part of the MUTINE removable collection, this stainless steel bain-marie will allow you to make sabayons, béarnaise sauces or Hollandaise sauces. It will also allow you to heat or reheat preparations.
In 18/10 stainless steel, it fits Cristel pans (and especially the Cristel Mutine pan) of the same diameter. It will be perfectly stable there.
Its diameter is 20cm. The stainless steel has a shiny exterior finish.
To use it, we advise you to order separately, on our site, a removable handle or two removable handles. Indeed, handle and handles are not included.

The CRISTEL story began in 1826 with the construction of the Casserie in the Feschotte valley.
The enamelling division soon grew to become France's largest enamelling industry, producing street signs, enamelled advertising signs, and cooking, household and medical utensils.
