This peeler is ideal for peeling fruits and vegetables easily, quickly, and without damaging them, even those with thin skin.
Suitable for both left- and right-handed users, you won't be able to live without it.
The blade, made of molybdenum stainless steel (AFNOR Z50CD14), has a hardness rating of 57 Rockwell.
It is molded into the handle, is up to 1.8mm thick, has a hand-finished satin finish, and is bevel-ground across its entire width. The tang is extra strong.
The ergonomic wooden handle is available in several finishes.
Each knife is guaranteed to be unbreakable.
Triple riveting adds even more strength to this peeler.
4 finishes are available:
- Cherry wood handle
- Hornbeam wood handle, seasoned for one year, stained black and varnished
- Varnished beech wood handle
- Hornbeam wood handle, seasoned for one year, stained cherry and varnished
Care instructions :
- It can be cleaned in the dishwasher or by hand, whichever you prefer. However, to ensure the wood's longevity, we recommend cleaning it by hand.
