Discover the Compact-PRO BASALTE Mandoline in stainless steel from Louis Tellier, a renowned French brand. This mandolin, equipped with ergonomic feet and a pusher, is carefully manufactured. It is also equipped with 2 thinning combs (4 and 10 mm).
This mandolin embodies the influence of French and Japanese culture, entirely designed in stainless steel. Its performance stands out for the variety of cutting thicknesses, ranging from 0.5 mm to 10 mm , as well as a cutting width of 95 mm.
The BRON adjustment system (camshaft) guarantees secure cutting, supplemented by the new manual and ergonomic protection pusher. Compact, light and easy to handle, this mandolin is equipped with a blade diagonal and honeycomb made in Thiers, limiting the adhesion of vegetables for precise and rapid cutting.
Easy adaptation to receptacles, it is perfectly suited to GN1 or 1:2 containers for horizontal cuts. Its folding, removable and non-slip foot adds to its practicality.
