A mandolin in stainless steel, robust and professional, will be perfect for easily cutting your vegetables.
It will allow you to make smooth or wavy slices, julienne cuts, embossed cuts. It is also possible to easily adjust the cutting height up to a thickness of 10mm.
Compact: it has retractable feet and the blade + double comb have storage integrated into the mandolin.
Practical: the cutting height is easily adjustable
Effective: cutting is easy and clean thanks to the cutler's steel blades. All fruits and vegetables are guilty, even the softest ones.
