This BronCoucke / Louis Tellier super professional mandoline is made of stainless steel for the frame and the blades. This model has a patented original table edge support.

The Super-Pro reference model is made in France, its dimensions are as follows: 39,5 x 11,5 x 4cm

You just have to slide the vegetables on either side of the mandoline to get smooth or wavy slices. Thanks to this cooking utensil, you can also cut sticks with interchangeable tapered blocks 1, 2, 4 7 and 10 mm.

This mandoline has a safety polycarbonate pusher. The Bron-Coucke mandoline is made of premium quality stainless steel. 

Washing under running water is sufficient to extend the life of the blades. Indeed, the blades of the mandoline are made of hardened stainless steel and do not have the same resistance to corrosion as the rest of the item. This resistance can vary according to the type of detergent you use in your dishwasher. Furthermore, prolonged use of the dishwasher can blunt the blades in the long run. The mandoline is designed to require a minimum of maintenance.
