Set consisting of a 10cm paring knife and a 20cm slicing knife.
The Edonist collection from Lion Sabatier, is forged in Thiers; in France.
Hand-polished, these knives are made from a single piece of steel of rare quality, which highlights a perpetuated artisanal know-how.
Forged with a nitrogen-reinforced steel blade, the knife's lifespan is thus increased.
With its polymer handle and its balanced design, you will enjoy making all your cuts for the preparation of your dishes.
For this range of knives, Lion Sabatier has used 4116 Nitro+ steel, an innovative and anti-corrosion quality for improved use.
