The black and beech Edonist block set is delivered with its 5 made in France knives.
This Lion Sabatier block set contains the essential knives for everyday cooking:
- 1 paring knife 10 cm
- 1 vegetable and fruit knife 13 cm
- 1 kitchen knife 20 cm
- 1 cutting knife 20 cm
- 1 bread knife 20 cm
Blades are made with the best stainless steel for a perfect and easy cut. With this new product, LION SABATIER creates once again a perfect and sober product.
The weight is 2,8 kilos.
These knives are entirely forged in only one metal piece to guarantee a better resistance in use and a perfect balance in hand. Sharpening:
This gesture should always be done:
- from the heel of the blade to its tip
- without pressing the blade too hard on the rod
- respecting a 20 to 30 degree angle between the blade and the rod
- alternately 3 to 4 times on one side of the blade and then on the other side.

Care :
Knives are above all tools that require specific care.
They have to be used for food cutting only.
Even if some knive are dishwasher safe, we strongly recommend that you wash them by hand and immediately dry them with a soft cloth.
Indeed, detergents, contact with other stainless steel alloys (forks, spoons) as well as water pressure will damage the metal and the blades.
We recommend that you resharpen your blade from time to time in order to maintain a perfect cut.
