A perfect pocket knife for slicing and peeling chestnuts, but also for peeling garlic cloves, or for quickly removing the pits of plums, apricots, cherries... by making an incision on the fruit, it is very practical for preparing jams and tarts.

Its small size allows it to slip easily into a pocket.

Its bird's beak blade, with a length of 4cm is pointed and short. It is made of martensitic stainless steel. The gesture is quick and safe for very good efficiency. The hardness of the blade is 55-57 HRC which gives it a very good cutting edge and high resistance to abrasion.

Its chestnut wood handle comes from French forests.

Folding, this closing knife has a VIROBLOC safety ring. This system allows the blade to be locked in the open position for safety during use and locked in the closed position to secure transport.

Hand washing is recommended for this knife. No special maintenance is required.
