PADOUK knife n°6 or n°8, from the TRADITION LUXE collection made in France by OPINEL.
A very chic and elegant knife.
Its blade, with a length of 7cm (for model no. 6) or 8.5cm (for model no. 8) is made of martensitic stainless steel. The hardness of the blade is 55-57 HRC which gives it a very good cutting edge and great resistance to abrasion.
Its handle is made ofPadouk, a dense and fine-grained African wood. Its color varies from purple brown to pinkish with purple veins.
Two models are thus proposed:
- n°6
- n°8
Folding, this closing knife has a VIROBLOC safety ring. This system allows a blocking of the blade in the open position for safety during use and a possible locking in the closed position, to secure its transport.
This knife is delivered in a pretty blue box.
Hand washing is essential for this knife. No special maintenance is required.
