ELLIPSE knife No. 8, from the TRADITION LUXE collection made in France by OPINEL.
A very chic and elegant knife, made of African ebony wood. This wood is a sublime deep black, dense and velvety to the touch.
Its blade, with a length of 8.5cm is made of martensitic stainless steel. The hardness of the blade is 55-57 HRC which gives it a very good cutting edge and great resistance to abrasion.
Its handle is made of ebony, a particularly luxurious wood. It also incorporates an aluminum sheet that highlights the curve of the handle.
Folding, this closing knife has a VIROBLOC safety ring. This system allows the blade to be locked in the open position for safety during use and possible locking in the closed position to secure transport.
This knife is delivered in a pretty blue box.
Hand washing is essential for this knife. No special maintenance is required.
