A folding/closing knife designed for sportsmen, adventurers, survival enthusiasts... whether for hiking or forest walks...
Folding, this closing knife has a VIROBLOC safety ring. This system allows a locking of the blade in the open position for safety during use and apossible locking in the closed position, to secure transport.
- Its blade, with a length of 10cm is efficient, short and robust. It is made of martensitic stainless steel. The gesture is fast and safe for very good efficiency. The hardness of the blade is 55-57 HRC which gives it a very good cutting edge and high resistance to abrasion.
- The handle is injected with polyamide loaded with glass fibers for avery good resistance to wear, shocks and water and extreme temperatures (-40°C to +80°C). The grip is ergonomic and safe.
- A whistle is integrated into the heel of the handle, without a ball it works in all weather, with a power of 110 dB, it has a range of approximately 300 meters in open areas, which is very practical for signaling or alerting to danger.
- The knife also has a cutting hook for game.
- Finally, a plastic tick remover is integrated into this knife: it allows you to effectively remove ticks from humans or animals. It is an essential tool for preventing Lyme disease. The tick is thus grasped without compressing it. A rotating movement allows it to be removed. The tick remover has two slots of different sizes.
