A selection of knives indispensable for everyday kitchen tasks. They meet many needs and allow you to be agile in the kitchen: these knives have a very good grip, comfortable and these knives are efficient.
In this box, you will find 3 knives:
- Paring knife n°225:
with a blade length of 8cm, it is very versatile. This is the essential knife to have for all small tasks in the kitchen: slicing, peeling, mincing, peeling fruits and vegetables but also for trimming meats.
- Chef's knife n°218 :
with a blade length of 20cm, it is versatile and robust. It will be ideal for cutting, slicing, chopping meat and vegetables into strips, sticks, cubes...
- Carving knife n°220 :
with a blade length of 16cm, it is robust. It will be ideal for cutting legs, roasts and poultry. You can also slice vegetables and fruits with thick skins (pineapple, squash, etc.)
The knives in this INTEMPORA range have a 12C27M Sandvik martensitic stainless steel blade with a high carbon content (0.52%) for excellent sharpness. Chrome (14.5%) and manganese (0.60%) give the knives very good resistance to corrosion.
The full-tang blade extends throughout the handle, for better resistance and very good balance of the knife.
The handle is overmolded in polyoxymethylene loaded with glass fibers for very good resistance to wear, shocks and water. The grip is ergonomic and safe.
This set can be a very good gift idea to give.
Care:
Hand washing is recommended for this set. If white marks appear on the knife handle after washing, you can lightly oil it to restore its blue color.
