The sharp blade (4 teeth per mm) of these knives is designed for cutting and slicing, without the need for sharpening.

Also, the blade, made of molybdenum stainless steel (AFNOR Z50CD14), has a hardness level of 57 Rockwell.

It is molded into the handle, is up to 2.5 mm thick, has a hand-finished satin finish, and is bevel-ground across its entire width.

The tang is extra strong.

The ergonomic handle, made of polypropylene, is black.

Each knife is guaranteed to be unbreakable.

Triple riveted stainless steel provides even greater strength to these knives.
