Composition :
The handle of the knives, white, is made of POM, with through stainless steel rivets, for good resistance, and the blade is made of stainless steel, reinforced with nitrogen 4116N + (X50CrMoV15+N).

Easy maintenance :
To preserve the quality and performance of your Sabatier chef's kitchen knife, we recommend that you wash it by hand with lukewarm water and mild soap after each use. Dry it carefully with a soft cloth and store it in a knife block or on a magnetic bar to avoid damage to the blade.
Each knife is delivered in plastic "card" packaging... except the mini-santoku, santoku and salmon knives which are delivered in a cardboard box.
