They are 100% forged. They embody artisanal excellence as well as the excellence of the tradition of cutlery made in France.

Composition :

Each knife has a compressed padauk wood handle, for minimal impact on the environment. On the handle, through brass rivets ensure very good resistance.

The blade of each knife is stainless steel, reinforced with nitrogen 4116N + (X50CrMoV15+N).

The blade is corrosion resistant and retains its sharpness for a long time, even after intensive use. Each knife is designed to withstand the rigors of daily use and to last over time, making it a lasting investment for your kitchen.

Easy maintenance :
