They are 100% forged. They embody artisanal excellence as well as the excellence of the tradition of cutlery made in France.

Composition :

Each knife has a black ABS handle, with through stainless steel nails, which ensures good resistance.

The blade of each knife is stainless steel, reinforced with nitrogen 4116N + (X50CrMoV15+N).

The blade is corrosion resistant and retains its sharpness for a long time, even after intensive use. Each knife is designed to withstand the rigors of daily use and to last over time, making it a lasting investment for your kitchen.

Easy maintenance :

To preserve the quality and performance of your Sabatier chef's kitchen knife, we recommend that you wash it by hand with lukewarm water and mild soap after each use. Dry it carefully with a soft cloth and store it in a knife block or on a magnetic bar to avoid damage to the blade.
