With advanced features, this multifunction oven offers four adjustable cooking modes to meet all your culinary needs:
- The fan heat function ensures even heat distributionr, ideal for cooking several dishes simultaneously. Thanks to the thermo-fan, the hot air circulates gently and regularly, enveloping the food in a uniform thermal flow. This technique speeds up cooking while preserving the flavors and textures of the food. In addition, it is also used to defrost or reheat dishes by ensuring gentle diffusion of hot air.
- The ventilated pastry oven' function is perfect for making pies, breads or cakes. It guarantees optimal heat distribution thanks to precise temperature regulation. The lower resistance and bulb thermostat ensure careful temperature control, while the fan ensures uniform heat circulation throughout the oven.
- The “Turbo Quartz®” mode allows a rapid increase in the internal temperature by 30°C, which reduces cooking time by 30%. This exclusive Roller Grill technology combines the simultaneous action of infrared quartz and ventilation for rapid and uniform cooking of foods, whether vegetables, fish, meats or pastries.
- The“ventilated infrared grill” functionis essential to obtain golden and crispy cooking results. Infrared quartz emits invisible and harmless radiation, similar to that of wood embers, which penetrates the heart of the food for regular and uniform cooking. Combined with oven ventilation, this technology is ideal for grilling, roasting or browning a variety of foods, from meats to vegetables to pastries.
