The SANTOKU knife smooth and satin blade is made of France by the artisans of the CLAUDE DOZORME workshops.

This Le Thiers shaped knife is manufactured with great care following precise specifications.

The Santoku knife is traditionally a Japanese knife. Its name means "3 good things". It allows you toslice, chisel and mince.

In very high-end X50CrMoV15 steel, its blade is very sharp and very easily resharpenable thanks to the very precise grinding; for very good cutting performance and razor sharpness.

The blade of the knife measures13cm, wide, it allows clean and easy cutting of large ingredients such as large vegetables, pieces of meat substantial, but also to slice and chop onions or aromatic herbs.

The matt polished blade goes all the way to the end of the handle, which ensures great solidity and robustness.

In the composition of the blade, you will find carbon (for a good sharpness), chrome (for stainless character), molybdenum and vanadium (for softness, for flexibility and for ease of resharpening).

Its Rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HRC, the edge is professional, and the polishing is done by hand.

The balance between the handle and the rest of the knife is ideal. The grip is safe and ergonomic.

For a very good grip and incomparable quality, the balance between the blade and its handle is perfect.

2 finishes are available to you:

- Black methacrylate (dishwasher safe)

- Olive wood

The knife is delivered to you in a kraft box made from recycled cardboard.
