Set co-created with chefs Johanna and Maxime ROULLIER, chefs of the restaurant le SAINT PAUL in Préfailles.
These chefs have been loyal to Nogent for years and use the brand's knives daily; they decided, together with Nogent, to create various sets.

The knife blades are made of molybdenum stainless steel (AFNOR Z50CD14), very durable.
Care instructions:
