These chefs have been loyal to Nogent for years and use the brand's knives daily. They have decided, with Nogent, to create different sets.

KITCHEN SET:
- 1 peeler with 2 edges and cherrywood handle
- 1 paring knife with a smooth 8cm blade and cherrywood handle
- 1 paring knife with a smooth 9cm blade and cherrywood handle
- 1 paring knife with a 3mm serrated blade, 9cm, and cherrywood handle
The knife blades are made of molybdenum stainless steel (AFNOR Z50CD14), which is very durable.
Care instructions:
- it is possible To clean them in the dishwasher, however, to preserve the wood, it is safer to clean them by hand.
- You can sharpen them from time to time.
- Always store them in a dry place, avoiding excessive contact with other knife blades to preserve their quality and durability.
