Lid for oven dish, from the ULTIME range, made in France by EMILE HENRY.
It is perfect to complement the rectangular oven dishes (check dimensions) from the ULTIME range.
Only the lid is sold here; the dish must be ordered separately. You can find it on our website.
This lid has 3 functions:
- in the oven, it allows cooking by steaming
- on the kitchen counter or table, it keeps food warm before and after serving
- in the fridge, it preserves leftovers without using aluminium or plastic wrap
