Cast iron, an iron alloy rich in carbon, is one of the best materials for retaining heat, distributing it slowly and redistributing it perfectly evenly. Once the cast iron is hot enough, its heat retention properties allow you to reduce the heat to a minimum to gently simmer dishes.
This grill can be used on all heat sources, including induction, as well as in the oven.
The folding handle allows for easy storage.

Wash your grill under hot water with dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge.
For gentle cleaning, do not hesitate to soak your grill in hot water.
Dry your grill thoroughly after washing and ensure it is completely dry before storing. If any rust appears – it is harmless – apply a little food-grade fat to the affected areas.
