MAINTENANCE::
Season your grill before first use: clean it with hot water and let it dry. Then, brush the inside with a little vegetable oil. Heat over low heat for a few minutes and wipe off any excess oil.
Wash your grill under hot water with non-abrasive dish soap and a sponge.
For delicate cleaning, feel free to soak your grill in hot water.
Dry your grill thoroughly after washing and make sure it is completely dry before storing. If, however, oxidation does appear – it is harmless – apply a little cooking fat to the affected areas.
