DE BUYER

This oval roasting dish is made in France by De Buyer.

From the Minéral B collection, this dish is made from white steel sheet.

It is a very robust and warp-resistant dish that will accompany you for decades.

It is oven-safe and can also be used as a frying pan, on all heat sources including induction.

The cooking is even, and foods caramelise.

The dish is coated with beeswax which protects it against oxidation and allows for easier seasoning.

The non-stick effect improves with the first use.

This dish is ideal, for example, for cooking fish.

Regarding its dimensions:

It measures 31cm long (36cm including handles) x 21cm wide on the inside.

This dish is very easy to maintain. Simply deglaze and rinse it after use, then season it with a little oil before storing it in a dry place. It is not dishwasher safe and should not be cleaned with dishwashing liquid. It will naturally darken after a few uses, which will make it non-stick over time thanks to the seasoning. You can purify it occasionally by cooking coarse salt in it.
