Made of 18/10 stainless steel, it preserves the flavor of food during cooking.
Its multi-ply trilaminate structure is composed of three layers for the grill body: stainless steel/aluminum/stainless steel.
The three superimposed layers of the utensil—18/10 stainless steel, aluminum, and stainless steel—allow for uniform heat distribution throughout the entire grill body, not just at the base. This ensures perfect heat distribution for even cooking.
The heat-diffusing base is also made of 3 layers: stainless steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. It allows for perfect searing without the need for additional water or fat. This product is ideal for searing and frying, and its ridges will create an attractive pattern on your finest cuts of meat.
Furthermore, the heat will be evenly distributed across the entire surface.
