MAINTENANCE:
Season your grill before first use: clean it with hot water and let it dry. Then, brush the inside with a little vegetable oil. Heat over low heat for a few minutes and wipe off any excess oil.
Wash your grill under hot water with dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge.
For delicate cleaning, feel free to soak your grill in hot water.
Wipe your grill thoroughly after washing and make sure it is completely dry before storing. If oxidation appears—this is harmless—apply a little cooking grease to the affected areas.
