These French-made round dishes are made of solid copper, with a pewter interior and a handle in melting. This dish is suitable for all hobs EXCEPT induction.
The thickness of the copper is 1.7mm which offers perfect heat conductivity for perfect control of your cooking and more than successful preparations! The cast iron handle will allow you to grip the pan safely even when it is hot.
This dish is ideal for making convivial preparations and bringing them to the table.

Tips for use:
We recommend that you wash your utensil in hot water with washing-up liquid before using it for the first time. Over time, copper will oxidize and change color, this is normal, rest assured it will keep all its conductivity qualities. You can use a copper maintenance paste to restore shine to your utensil.
Also, it is important not to use harsh detergent or bleach on your copper utensil. This product is not dishwasher safe, and metal sponges or steel wool should not be used as they may cause scratches.
