It is compatible with all hobs and ovens, EXCEPT induction.

Usage advice:

We recommend washing your utensil with hot water and dishwashing liquid before first use. Over time, the copper will oxidise and change colour; this is normal, rest assured it will retain all its heat conductivity qualities. You can use a copper maintenance paste to restore shine to your utensil.

Also, it is important not to use harsh detergents or bleach on your copper utensil. This product is not dishwasher safe, and metal sponges or steel wool should not be used as they may cause scratches.
