De Buyer Choc Extrême Loqy rounded sauté pan - 2 sizes

Made in France by DEBUYER, the itsuteuse CHOC EXTREME LOQY is the removable version of the stove from the classic Extreme Shock range.

The thick cast aluminum which makes up the body of this pan allows for regular and controlled cooking .

Curved, this frying pan prevents condensation and promotes evaporation. Delicate cooking of fish, vegetables, legumes and cereals will be entirely possible. It will also be ideal for reheating food.

You will only need very little fat, in fact, the coating of this pan has exceptional slippery /span>.

The frying pan is compatible with all heat sources, including oven and induction.

The two bases, in stainless steel, are very solidly riveted and easily accommodate the handles and handle(s).

Practical:

- this sauté pan can be used as such with the addition of a handle.

- it can also be used as a necklace, without the handle and handles

The utensils in the LOQY range take up little space and can be stacked for easy storage.

We advise you to avoid thermal shock and ensure a gradual rise in temperature. To maintain all these non-stick properties, avoid overheating your pans and sauté pans (250°C maximum). Preferably use wooden or plastic utensils. Easy maintenance using a sponge and dishwashing detergent.
