This oval dish with 2 handles, from the INOCUIVRE collection, made in France by Debuyer, is perfect for flaming and preparing gratins.

The copper (90%) used on the exterior allows perfect heat conduction and offers exceptional cooking results.

The stainless steel (10%) inside prevents the copper from being re-tinned and makes it easy to maintain.

Its mirror-polish finish and its 2 riveted golden brass handles give it an exceptional design.

It iscompatible with all types of burners and the oven. However, this dish is not compatible with use on induction.

This dish is available in the following 2 sizes:

- 32cm:

inner height 4.5cm; total length 39.5cm; inner length 32cm, inner width 23cm, outer height 7.5cm

- 36cm:

inner height 4.5cm; total length 43cm; inner length 36cm, inner width 26.2cm, outer diameter 7.5cm
