De Buyer La Lyonnaise Round Frying Pan - 4 sizes

The coupe Lyonnaise' pans made from blued sheet steel are of exceptional quality.

These pans are made in France by DEBUYER.

They are designed for professionals and individuals, their thicknesses vary between 1 and 1.5mm. Preferring low-power heat sources, Lyonnaise stoves diffuse heat perfectly evenly.

The so-called "Lyonnaise" cut has slightly flared edges to brown food easily.

From an ergonomic point of view, in order to improve the grip of the pans, the handle is strip-shaped and has a hanging hole for easy storage.

This pan is compatible with all heat sources EXCEPT induction.

These pans are easy to maintain. Simply deglaze and rinse them after use then coat them with a little oil before storing them in a dry place. They are not suitable for the dishwasher. They should not be cleaned with dishwashing liquid. They will naturally brown after a few uses, which will make them non-adherent over time due to seasoning. You can purify them from time to time by cooking coarse salt.
