It is perfect for cooking small blinis, fritters, and pancakes with a diameter of 12cm or 14cm depending on the chosen model.
Made from white steel sheet, this warp-resistant pan is coated with beeswax which provides temporary protection against oxidation. Seasoning is also facilitated and the non-stick effect improves from the first use.
The pan thus allows you to achieve lovely small blinis with uniform and perfect cooking and caramelisation.
This pan is compatible with all heat sources including induction.

Care and usage advice:
This pan is compatible with all heat sources including induction. It must be washed by hand and not in a dishwasher. We recommend always preheating your pan with a little fat. It is important to season it before first use. Maintenance is quite easy. Simply deglaze your pan, rinse it with hot water, dry it, lightly oil it, then store it in a dry place.
