De Buyer Minéral B Peasant pan with handles - 3 sizes

This peasant frying pan with 2 handles from the MINERAL B collection is made in France by Debuyer.

It will allow you to cook numerous and generous amounts of food, with its rounded shape, particularly that of fried potatoes.

You will be able to sear, sauté, brown and simmer many foods.

Splashes when cooking meat are limited thanks to its high edges, and the food is well caramelized.

It is made of white sheet steel which is coated with beeswax, which provides temporary protection against oxidation. Seasoning is also made easier and there is better anti-adhesion. The non-stick effect improves from the first use.

Its French-curved riveted tail allows handling and good ergonomics.

The pan iscompatible with all heat sources, including induction.

It is available in 3 diameters: 24, 28 and 32cm:

This pan is very easy to maintain. Simply deglaze it and rinse it after use then coat it with a little oil before storing it in a dry place. It is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher. It should not be cleaned with dishwashing liquid. It will brown naturally after a few uses, which will make it non-adherent over time thanks to the seasoning. You can purify it from time to time by cooking coarse salt.
