The frying pan with handle CARBON PLUS is made in France by Debuyer.
Made of white steel sheet, this pan is ideal for easily sliding your food from the pan to the plate.
The thick white steel sheet provides a rapid heat-up, allowing the Maillard reaction, as well as a uniform heat distribution. The steel ensures excellent caramelisation of food.
This pan has natural non-stick properties: seasoning develops progressively, the more it is used, the less it sticks.
The pan is compatible with all heat sources (including flash oven 200°C) INCLUDING INDUCTION.
The strap handle is riveted on the small axis. It is non-removable.
The handle is curved in the French style: for easy and ergonomic handling.
A handle/loop also provides additional assistance for handling the pan.
