The thick white steel provides a rapid rise in temperature, allowing for the Maillard reaction as well as even heat distribution. Steel provides excellent caramelization of food.

This pan has natural non-stick properties: seasoning is gradual; the more it is used, the less it sticks.

The pan is suitable for all heat sources (including oven-safe at 200°C), INCLUDING INDUCTION.

The stainless steel tube handle is riveted and ventilated, allowing for an ergonomic grip and preventing the handle from overheating.
