De Buyer Mineral B Loqy steel frying pan - 2 sizes

Manufactured in France by DE BUYER, the MINERAL B LOQY pan. Here is the removable version of the pan from the classic Minéral B range.

Made from white sheet steel, it will be ideal for searing, grilling and browning. Indeed, steel allows beautiful caramelization of the juices on the surfaces, while keeping the softness inside the food.

It is coated with beeswax, a natural and temporary protection against oxidation which facilitates seasoning. The perfect pan for cooking many foods including meats, skin-on fish, fluffy omelettes and potatoes.

The Lyonnaise cut allows perfect rotation of the ingredients in the pan, making them slide easily onto a dish or plate.

The pan is compatible with all heat sources, including oven and induction. The two bases, made of stainless steel, are very solidly riveted and easily accommodate the handles and handle(s).

Practical:

- this pan can be used as such with the addition of a handle.

- it can also be used as a baking dish, without the handle and handles

Maintenance:

- Seasoning on first use

- Deglazing, hot water rinsing, wiping and light oiling

- Store in a dry place
