The CARBON PLUS ROUND grill pan is made in France by Debuyer.
Made of white steel sheet, this pan is ideal for searing and grilling meat, fish and seafood.
The thick white steel sheet provides a rapid heat-up, enabling the Maillard reaction, as well as even heat distribution. The steel ensures excellent caramelisation of food.
The ridged base allows food to be marked and reduces sticking surface. Ideal as an auxiliary grill, the pan allows grilling meat without added fat once well seasoned.
This pan has natural non-stick properties: seasoning improves progressively, the more it is used, the less it sticks.
The pan is compatible with all heat sources (including flash oven 200°C) INCLUDING INDUCTION.
The strap handle is riveted on the small axis. It is non-removable.
The handle is curved in the French style: for easy and ergonomic handling.
