The ROUND CARBON PLUS grill pan is made in France by Debuyer.

Made of white steel, this pan is ideal for searing and grilling meat, fish, and seafood.

The thick white steel provides a rapid heat rise, allowing for the Maillard reaction as well as even heat distribution. The steel provides excellent caramelization of food.

The ridged base allows for searing and reduces the sticking surface. Ideal as a side grill, the pan allows you to grill meat without adding fat once it's well seasoned.

This pan has natural non-stick properties: seasoning is gradual; the more it's used, the less it sticks.

The pan is compatible with all heat sources (including oven flash at 200°C), INCLUDING INDUCTION.

The handle is riveted to the short axis. It's unbreakable.

The handle is French-curved for easy and ergonomic handling.
