Around Lyon-shaped pan which is very practical for sliding your prepared food into a dish. This pan is perfectly suitable for different cooking operations. You will thus be able to sear, grill and brown the foods you prepare there. It also allows you to caramelize your food easily.

Made from white sheet steel, your pan is coated withbeeswax which will protect your pan from oxidation and facilitate seasoning. The natural non-stick effect improves from the first use.

Compatible with all heat sources including induction, this pan has a cool, ergonomic handle, which is made of cast stainless steel and is riveted.

Your pan must not come into contact with detergent products, it must be washed by hand and stored in a dry place.

CARE:

This pan is very easy to care for.

Simply deglaze and rinse it after use, then season it with a little oil before storing it in a dry place. It is not dishwasher safe.

It should not be cleaned with dish soap.

It will naturally brown after a few uses, which will gradually make it non-stick thanks to the seasoning process. You can purify it from time to time by boiling coarse salt over it.
