Made in France by Debuyer, from white steel sheet, this pan from the MINERAL B collection is robust and stable.

It benefits from an organic beeswax finish, which provides natural anti-oxidation protection. Seasoning is also easier and there is better non-stick properties. The non-stick effect improves from the first use.

This pan has an authentic design: a "Lyonnaise" cut, ideal for easily sliding food into a dish. The pan is perfect for searing, grilling, and browning. It has a curved, riveted French-style handle.

Regarding seasoning, the more the pan is used, the better the cooking will be.

The pan is compatible with all hobs, including induction.

For the 32cm and 36cm pans, a handle, in addition to the handle, is integrated for easier handling.

Care instructions:

This pan is very easy to maintain. Simply deglaze and rinse it after use, then season it with a little oil before storing it in a dry place. It is not dishwasher-safe. It should not be cleaned with dish soap. It will naturally brown after a few uses, which will make it less sticky over time thanks to the seasoning process. You can purify it from time to time by cooking coarse salt in it.

Bonjour, Mon fils vient d'acheter cette poele, toutefois elle a toute rouillée au bout d'une utilisation. je l'ai mise tremper dans du vinaire blanc et du bicarbonate une nuit mais le résultat n'est pas convaiquant. Que dois-je faire pour quelle redevienne neuve. D'avance je vous remercie. Très cordialement MFBallay

Si je ne peux pas utiliser de produits vaisselle pour le nettoyage, quoi prendre ? Merci

Vous pouvez déglacer votre poêle à l’eau chaude simplement puis bien l’essuyer et l’huiler légèrement avant de la ranger.
