It's best to use a wire rack instead of a baking sheet to ensure better heat distribution. Do not use the oven's grill function. The pan should not be baked with empty compartments.
The pan is dishwasher, oven, and microwave safe; however, repeated washing may dry out the compartments. Simply lightly grease the pan again.
