They are sold in packs of 6, of the same diameter.
Debuyer manufactures Bordeaux canelés molds in France.
These tin-plated copper molds (thick layer of tin also for professional use) are designed for cooking these specialties from the Bordeaux region. The molds will allow you to make tasty and traditional cannelés.
Copper diffuses and communicates heat perfectly. This will ensure optimal cooking and perfect caramelization. They can also be used for cold forming.
These molds are sold in packs of 6, of the same diameter.
Several diameters are available:
- 3.5cm: internal diameter 3.7cm / height 3.3cm
- 4.5cm: internal diameter 4.2cm / height 4.2cm
- 5.3cm: internal diameter 5.3cm / height 5cm
Warning:
- These molds will not withstand a temperature above 230°C. They should also not be put in the microwave.
Tips:
- Hand wash with a non-abrasive sponge for the tin-plated interior.
- Cleaning with a special copper polishing paste for the exterior part
- Do not clean in the dishwasher.
