The elastomoule, for mini tartlets or mini quiches, 4.5 cm in diameter, is made in France by De Buyer.
It has perfect heat conductivity.
It allows you to make up to 24 mini tartlets or mini quiches in a single baking.
Its composition gives it properties for very easy removal from the mold after use in the oven or when frozen from -70°C to +300°C.
The tartlets will bake evenly and be beautifully golden.

The pan is dishwasher-safe; however, repeated washing may dry out the compartments. Simply lightly grease the pan again.
