It allows you to make up to 20 mini Bordeaux cannelésin a single baking (3.5cm x 3.3cm per cannelé)
Its composition gives it properties for very easy removal from the mold after use in the oven or when frozen from -70°C to +300°C.
The cannelés will bake evenly and be beautifully golden.
