Discover this professional Compact Pro stainless steel mandolin from the Louis Tellier brand. Made in France, this mandolin has a pusher and ergonomic feet. It also has 2x thinning combs (4 & 10mm).
This mandolin is a perfect mix between French and Japanese culture. In fact, it is designed entirely in stainless steel. It stands out for its productivity and the diversity of cutting thicknesses, ranging from 0.5mm to 10mm, as well as its cutting width of 95mm.
Its BRON adjustment system (camshaft) will provide you with protection when cutting. It is also equipped with the new manual and ergonomic protection pusher for safe use.
This compact mandolin is light and easy to handle. It is equipped with a diagonal and honeycomb blade (made in Thiers), which limits the adhesion of vegetables during cutting. The cut will be precise and fast.
Its design allows it to be easily adapted to receptacles. It is ideal for use on GN1 or 1:2 containers (horizontal cuts)
Its foot is foldable, removable and non-slip.
